Black Ops 2 How to Make Girl Emblems

All you can really tell by a player's rank is how long they've been playing the game for. Now obviously someone who's played enough to be rank 155 should probably be better than someone who's rank 20 but quite often that's not the case and quite often I'll see 155s finishing below people of a much lower rank (though sometimes that may be in part due to them trying to complete challenges rather than play the actual gametype).

For those who didn't play BO2 Zombies, here's a quick explanation:

In Black Ops II, there is a new feature, the Ranking System. Unlike the leaderboards, the ranking system is based on your overall performance. It is most based on Kills, Downs, Revives and getting high rounds. Unlike most ranking systems, players can also get downgraded for lowering their performance. There are 5 ranks, one bone, two bones, a skull, a skull stabbed with a knife, and a skull with two shotguns.

At the left top corner you can see tally marks, but only if you're active with atleast playing one game in five days. The tally marks will tell you how active you are with playing Zombies. For every day you play, one tally mark will be added. If played five days in a row, you will have five tally marks and blue eyes (meaning you play every day). The blue eyes can be kept by keeping the streak up.

I think something similar would work very well in this game's multiplayer. The central part of the emblem (let's use a skull for this example) would take into account/be determined by your kills, deaths, wins, losses, captures, defends, SPM etc over the game's lifespan. So at the very lowest level it would be wooden, and then you'd work your way up through to copper, then iron, then bronze, then silver, gold, diamond, platinum and the max level would have it's own unique design. Unlike your rank, the emblem can get downgraded if you have a long enough run of bad games, but it wouldn't be so strict so as only to take into account your last 5.

Behind the emblem would be an indication of your play style. If you use a specific weapon type, such as shotguns or sniper rifles, you'd see them crossed behind the skull. If you're consistently playing the objective, maybe crossed flags or a bomb.

There would be some kind of tally to indicate whether you play everyday. Maybe a jewel would be added to the emblem for each consecutive day you play, and after five days the emblem would glow. To maintain the glow you would need to play at least 5 days a week, as not everyone has the time to play every single day (however for those that do the colour would change at different milestones depending on how long they had been able to keep it up for).

This would all work in tandem with ranked playlists. In the ranked playlists you would be matched against players of the same emblem level as yourself, but you would also be given the option of opting into lobbies of the subsequent rank to yours. If you choose to do that then the points you earn will be worth a bit more in regards to your emblem level (so if you continue to do well in higher rank lobbies, you'll reach the next emblem rank quicker than if you stick to playing those of the same rank).

Then casual playlists would be more or less a free for all, with all ranks playing together, potentially with some safeguards so that the very lowest two ranks shouldn't ever get matched up with the highest two (it may happen, but it would be extremely unlikely).

If anyone has any thoughts, additions, ideas or whatever on this then let me hear them.
