Whether you've permanently given booze the boot or are just coming off Dry January, you know that drinking club sodas with lime at the bar or friends' parties can get old quick. Luckily, the sober curious movement has resulted in all the delicious new non-alcoholic drink recipes you could ever need to get your party on, hangover-free.

"With the trend of being more mindful in our lives, I believe more people are looking at why they drink alcohol and finding that they may drink as a coping mechanism for stress—and are instead incorporating lifestyle habits like regular exercise and meditation that can reduce stress in a more positive way," says Erin Palinski-Wade, RD, dietitian and author of Belly Fat Diet For Dummies .

What else can you gain from ditching the booze? In addition to no more morning-after headaches, you'll also reduce your risk of interrupted REM sleep and increased risk of type 2 diabetes, mood disorders, and a whole slew of cancers (including mouth, liver, and breast cancers), according to Palinski-Wade. (You'll also never have to wake up and realize you sent your most recent Bumble date a "U up?" text at 3 a.m...)

Not to mention, by messing with your sleep, alcohol ultimately reduces your production of the satiety hormone leptin, which can increase cravings and appetite, Palinksi-Wade says. (Hence that Sunday morning bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich.)

On the flip side, "removing alcohol can often lead to increased energy, improved mental clarity, better sleep, and even weight loss due to the reduction in calories from alcohol," says Palinski-Wade.

Even if you're not about to go cold turkey on vino, these fiesta-worthy mocktails are totally worth swapping in for your usual adult beverage every once in a while. Lots of them are even, dare I say, good for you.
